I thought that newbies got immported through New York. And of course the borders of California, Texas and Arizona. As well as the coasts of Flordia and well.......the rest of the coast of.........ugh the Atlantic. But I've never heard of an immigrant starting off in Chicago.
Plus, I think that Jingle writer is responsible for "The Best Around" (Karate Kid) and various Rocky 4 montages.
